Global governance being erected through instruments and polices worldwide, such as the UN “Sustainable Development Goals”, ESG, Agenda 2030, IHR proposed amendments initiated by the WHO, proposed WHO Pandemic Treaty, and UN’s proposed Emergency Platform.

Sir William Jones defines a mandate to be a bailment of goods without reward, to be carried from place to place, or to have some act performed about them. Jones’ Bailm. 52; 2 Ld. Raym. 909, 913. This seems more properly an enumeration of the various sorts of mandates than a definition of the contract. According to Mr. Justice Story, it is a bailment of personal property, in regard to which the bailee engages to do some act without reward. Bailm. 137. And Mr. Chancellor Kent defines it to be when one undertakes, without recompense, to do some act for the other in respect to the thing bailed. 2. From the very term of the definition, three things are necessary to create a mandate. All these terms and ideologies sounding like another doctrine?
This global narrative and agenda, leaders with false power, leading to deceive just like prophecy predicted a future time of global governance deceivers waxing worse to worse. And the hope we have is in the Word, written thousands of years ago, to prepare us, that we would not be caught off guard with the truth and understanding of these times.
What is their goal?
It always comes down to this, worldly wisdom and rudiments and principles of the world, models / ideologies / systems of men / distortions of truth with tyrants always desiring to rule men under their belts by it.
God’s plan for humanity is based on truth, love, hope, mercy, grace, faith, peace, healing, life, purpose, wisdom, eternal life and His plan. God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. In fact we have written prophecies of times and events

Conscience - is an innate discernment, self judging consciousness.: "Conscience and Religion" is the first listed Fundamental Freedom in the Canadian Constitution. Conscience is stated approximately 29 times in the New Testament, the Lord is the Lord over the conscience.
When someone says, "I can't do a thing, because it violates my conscience", it's because they have a moral compass and knowing. Discerning right from wrong. It is a God given capacity that joins moral and spiritual consciousness as part of being created in the divine image.
